TRX Pull Up
In this video Scott Lohmann, CocoFit Instructor, shows you how to do a pull up with a TRX system. A suspension system helps stabilize the individual so he/she can safely perform the exercise with proper form. The video illustrates how to perform the pull up and the muscles that are utilized in the movement. The target muscles are lats, upper back and shoulders. The pull up is a great overall upper body exercise.
