I love baking simple savory dishes such as vegetable tarts, quiche, feuilletés (baked puff-pastry), gratins, tartine and pizza… for lunch, snacks/appetizers or for dinner. This recipe is a favorite that I bake often and everyone loves. I enjoy it with a garden salad or soup for lunch or dinner. If there is any left over, it becomes a great late-night snack, but it will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.     [/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=”1_2″][et_pb_image show_in_lightbox=”off” url_new_window=”
